The Hunnie Hut reserves the right to remove clients from our database and client list without notice.

The Hunnie Hut does not accept responsibility for any hair loss or damage to the hair or scalp as a result of having hair extensions fitted, although care will be taken to reduce the likelihood of this occurring.
The Hunnie Hut cannot rectify any issues arising from removal, refitting or any colour service carried out by yourself, or any 3rd party.
The Hunnie Hut does not issue Refunds on any services.
If an issue arrises after a service we will do our best to rectify the situation however no monetary option will be available.
If hair is thought to be faulty it will be removed and sent to the supplier for testing. Their results/ decision remain final. Should our terms and conditions have been met and the hair is deemed faulty by the supplier, then we will replace the hair and provide full application free of charge. No monetary option is available.
Fitting issues must be identified immediately on the fitting date, possible hair quality issues must be identified within 14 days of the fitting date.
The Hunnie Hut does not accept responsibility for any matting that may occur as this is due to client aftercare.
The Hunnie Hut reserves the right to rectify any issues at their discretion and is not bound to do so.
Hair extension fitting and hair colour match are both non refundable in any circumstances, by paying for your fitting you confirm you are happy with your standard of fitting and abide you to these terms.
All hair types have a 10% variation in thickness and length due to natural variation. The weight specified is an estimate only and can vary due to the hair being a raw organic product and the handmade nature of the extensions supplied.
The Hunnie Hut does not accept liability for failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Information held is obtained from client consultation forms, contact forms and booking forms, this includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email, hair related health history and services carried out. Data is entered onto a software system and all paper copies are destroyed. The software is password protected and access is strictly limited. We will only use this information to keep a record of services and to contact you regarding services. We will not pass your information onto third parties.
The Hunnie Hut may sometimes contact you with regards to special offers and promotions. You will have the chance to opt out during your consultation. You may also opt out at any time by contacting us via phone, email or by using the online contact form.
To confirm your booking we do request a non-refundable deposit. This will be deducted from the final cost.
This secures the booking for you.
Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Should you cancel or fail to attend an appointment The Hunnie Hut reserves the right to retain any deposits paid. Should you wish to re-book a new deposit may be required.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, and you let us know more than 48 hours in advance deposits may be transferred where applicable in the first instance. Appointments must be re-arranged within 24 hours of cancellation, for an appointment up to 30 days after the date of your original appointment. Failure to secure an alternative appointment within 30 days of your original booking will result in cancellation and retention of any deposits paid. This is at the sole discretion of The Hunnie Hut.
We reserve the right to charge the total balance due in advance of any services as and when we deem appropriate.
We reserve the right to retain deposits for clients late by 30mins or more.
