Pre-Appointment Info...

A few things to keep in mind before your fitting appointment...

  • Please ensure your hair is clean, dry and straight before any appointment.​

  • Please ensure hair is free from oils, serums and products as they can cause the extensions to slip.​

  • If attending a maintenance or refitting appointment please have with you any lost strands as they can be reattached.​

  •  Relax. Individual extensions do take some time to fit. ​

  • Please note you will need to attend maintenance appointments. 

The Process...

What happens during your appointments...

  • Firstly an initial colour matching appointment will need to be carried out at least 48hours before fitting to allow me to source your new hair. A deposit of £100 must be paid during this visit to secure your fitting appointment. A full consultation will then be carried out and a consultation form filled out. A copy can be given upon request

  • We will then arrange and carry out a fitting appointment, fitting will take approx 1-2 hours for a full head, depending on the type of extension being fitted and the amount of hair. 

  • The £100 deposit will be deducted from the total cost. Remaining cost is to be paid on day of fitting. 

  • I will be available to you for any advice or queries you may have afterwards, just give me a call.

Terms and Conditions


Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible with our prices shown, they are a guide price only. The final price will be confirmed during your consultation appointment. This is due to the possibility of you needing more/less hair than previously thought or the extension method requested not being suitable.


Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions reserves the right to remove clients from our database and client list without notice.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions reserves the right to cancel and refuse services and appointments at any time and without notice. 

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions reserves the right to change suppliers at any time.

We reserve the right to update our price lists at any time and without notice. 

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for any hair loss or damage to the hair or scalp as a result of having hair extensions fitted, although care will be taken to reduce the likelihood of this occurring.

Refund policy.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions cannot rectify any issues arising from removal, refitting or any colour service carried out by yourself, or any 3rd party.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions does not issue Refunds on hair fitting or hair extensions services. If hair is thought to be faulty it will be removed and sent to the supplier for testing. Their results/ decision remain final. Should our terms and conditions have been met and the hair is deemed faulty by the supplier, then we will replace the hair and provide full application free of charge. No monetary option is available. 

Fitting issues must be identified immediately on the fitting date, possible hair quality issues must be identified within 14 days of the fitting date.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for any matting that may occur as this is due to client aftercare. 

All additional hair work, movement, replacement, removal of strands will be chargeable after the initial fitting appointment.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions reserves the right to rectify any issues at their discretion and is not bound to do so.

Hair extension fitting and hair colour match are both non refundable in any circumstances, by paying for your fitting you confirm you are happy with your standard of fitting and abide you to these terms.

All hair types have a 10% variation in thickness and length due to natural variation. The weight specified is an estimate only and can vary due to the hair being a raw organic product and the handmade nature of the extensions supplied.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions does not accept liability for failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Privacy policy.

Information held is obtained from client consultation forms, contact forms and booking forms, this includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email, hair related health history and services carried out. Data is entered onto a software system and all paper copies are destroyed. The software is password protected and access is strictly limited. We will only use this information to keep a record of services and to contact you regarding services. We will not pass your information onto third parties.

Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions may sometimes contact you with regards to special offers and promotions. You will have the chance to opt out during your consultation. You may also opt out at any time by contacting us via phone, email or by using the online contact form.


To confirm your booking we do request a non-refundable deposit. This will be deducted from the final cost.

This is due to hair being specifically ordered in advance for each client and also secures the booking for you.

Fitting appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

Should you cancel or fail to attend an appointment then Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions reserves the right to retain any deposits paid. Should you wish to re-book a new deposit may be required.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, and you let us know more than 48 hours in advance deposits may be transferred where applicable in the first instance. Appointments must be re-arranged within 24 hours of cancellation, for an appointment up to 30 days after the date of your original appointment. Failure to secure an alternative appointment within 30 days of your original booking will result in cancellation and retention of any deposits paid. This is at the sole discretion of Emily Lloyd Hair Extensions.

We reserve the right to charge the total balance due in advance of any fittings as and when we deem appropriate.

We reserve the right to retain deposits for clients late by 30mins or more.
